During pregnancy, we can begin to slow down, so we might nourish ourselves and our babies while storing energy for future use in the journey ahead in pregnancy, birth, and being a parent (for the first time or again).
This workshop will include supportive bodywork and gentle acupuncture during prolonged, supported, restorative yoga poses specifically for the pregnant body. Comfortable clothing is suggested. Everything needed will be provided (mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows) but feel free to bring anything you need to feel comfortable.
