This workshop will include hands-on healing of Thai massage, Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, and Acupuncture during prolonged, supported Restorative yoga poses, with an emphasis on unwinding and softening. Let’s share space together and tend to ourselves, leaving relaxed and nourished. Comfortable clothing is suggested. Props (blocks, bolsters, and blankets) will be provided. Limited number of mats are available. Bring your own mat, and any additional props and optional eye pillow if you like.
